Vacation at Villa Kjell means relaxation. The cozy house, freshly renovated in August 2025, offers everything on one level for an uncomplicated stay. The open design with living and dining area creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. With two bedrooms and a separate sleeping bunk, the villa can accommodate up to six guests. In the private garden, a large terrace and a rustic fireplace await for relaxing evenings. The space Your Villa Kjell at a glance Your vacation home is located in the heart of Northern Sweden and offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay on one level. The villa is a cozy townhouse with three sleeping areas, a spacious living area and a beautiful outdoor area. Rooms and amenities Living area: The heart of the house is the open plan living and dining area, renovated in August 2025. Here you can eat together at the large dining table or relax on the comfortable sofa in the living room. A smart TV is available for your streaming services. Bedroom: There are two separate bedrooms. One room is equipped with a cozy double bed. The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. Sleeping berth: The third sleeping option is a cozy, windowless bunk with a pull-out bed, which can be converted into a double bed. Bathrooms: The villa has a master bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, as well as a separate guest toilet with sink. Additional areas: You have access to a convenient laundry room and heated garage. Garden and outdoor area From the living area, you can directly access the terrace. It is equipped with a mosquito net and a dining table. In the private garden behind the house you will find a rustic fire pit that invites you to cozy evenings under the stars. To make the start of your vacation as relaxed as possible, we provide an initial supply (a small starter set) of toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, etc. in the house. Please note that these supplies are not sufficient for the entire stay. Therefore, please procure the consumables for the remainder of your vacation on your own. Guest access You can use all areas of Villa Kjell that belong to the property. The entire house is at your and your travel group's sole disposal, so you can enjoy absolute privacy. Interior The entire house with all the rooms on one level is at your disposal: The open living, kitchen and dining area is the central place for cooking and relaxing together. The two bedrooms and the cozy sleeping bunk are there for your restful sleep. The bathroom and the separate guest toilet can be used at any time. The laundry room and the heated garage are also at your disposal. Outdoor area The terrace with dining area and mosquito net. The private garden with the rustic fireplace behind the house. Everything you see is for your exclusive use. Other things to note A few friendly notes To ensure that everyone feels comfortable and that coexistence in the Swedish north remains harmonious, we ask you to take note of the following points. We thank you for your care and respect for the house and the peaceful surroundings! 🚭 Smoking Policy We kindly ask you not to smoke anywhere in the villa. If you smoke outside, please use the designated ashtray and never throw cigarette butts into nature. 🐕 Pets We look forward to seeing four-legged guests! Please bring your own dog bed/blanket and make sure that furniture and beds are reserved for the two-legged guests. 🎉 Parties/Events The villa is your retreat, not your party location. We love relaxing evenings by the fire pit, but please respect the quietness of the neighborhood. Parties and large events are not allowed. ♻️ Garbage Segregation Sweden attaches great importance to sustainability! Help us protect the wonderful nature by separating the trash according to local regulations. You can find the exact instructions in your house manual in the kitchen. 🔥 Use of the fire pit The wood-fired fire pit is a highlight! Please use it responsibly. Please never leave an open fire unattended. ❄️ Winter Operation Please make sure to keep the windows closed when the heating is on to save energy and maintain a comfortable climate.
