La Casita de Lastres 2

Recently renovated house located in the village of Luces, two kilometers from the seaside village of Lastres. Comfort is the perfect word to define this house equipped with everything you need to get the disconnection and rest you seek when coming to Asturias. Parking in front of the house, on the ground floor there is a dining room with an integrated kitchen and toilet, on the top floor 2 triple bedrooms with a private bathroom each and an outdoor area with a barbecue and furniture to enjoy. The space Casina de Lastres 2 has two floors. We access the interior of the house by first passing through the barbecue and garden area, an ideal place to enjoy the sun and tranquility outdoors. On the ground floor there is a large space with the kitchen on the right with a small toilet, central dining room and living area at the back. Through comfortable stairs we go up to the first floor where the rooms are, both with a full private bathroom. First, there is the room with two 90cm single beds and the possibility of enabling a third extra bed also of 90cm. Through a small corridor we access the other room, this one with three single beds of 90cm being the third optional. It can be set up as a bed or as a sofa Everything is new and renovated Guest access Casina de Lastres 2 is located in the Vallín neighborhood, a small village of Luces (Lluces) is a very quiet set of houses where the neighbors mix their traditional and modern lifestyles. From farmers to teleworkers, visitors like you are always welcome to enjoy this beautiful place in a respectful way. Walking routes to the Faro de Luces or the seaside village of Llastres can provide you with perspectives that will remain in your retina forever. And if you want to take the car, the Cantabrian highway is five minutes away and from there to anywhere in Asturias. Other things to note The Casina de Lastres 2 is attached to a very similar one, La Casina de Lastres 1, also owned by us.
