LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Ground Floor) There is 1 living room. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, a patio, elevator and a sound system. Comes with a dining area. It is equipped with all essentials, an ice-making machine, a fridge, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN (Private) There is a 3000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 10 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL (Private) There is a private outdoor pool with Jacuzzi jets. The pool is 30ft x 20ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 8 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. - A high-current EV charging point is available in the parking area for both four-wheelers and two-wheelers for free of cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
