Casita Solemar right on the Atlantic

Casita Solemar is located in the small residence Stella Maris with its own saltwater pool and access to a sheltered swimming bay below the complex. In the Casita there are two bedrooms each with a double bed and separate bathroom. The space The casita has a floor area of about 90 m². There are two bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower, as well as a spacious living room with kitchen. In each bedroom is a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a four-burner gas stove, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the living area there is a radio with USB connection, a TV and a DVD player. The house includes four loungers for the outdoor living area, a parasol and a barbecue area with a grill. Additional costs for electricity and water will be charged separately. Guest access The residence is located on the outskirts of the capital of the island. The small supermarket is about five minutes away. Small bars are also a five-minute walk away. The airport is 15 minutes away. Other things to note The house has air conditioning, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The additional costs (electricity and water) will be invoiced at cost price and must be paid in cash on departure. Electricity costs: 0.50 cents/kWh Water price: 7.00 EUR/cbm For the first ten days, a tourist tax of €2 must be paid per person over 16 years of age.
