Welcome to the Pleasant Ridge Loft. A quiet, rural, picturesque spot above the north fork of the Skagit River. Convenient to La Conner, Mount Vernon, Anacortes, Chuckanut Drive, Bow/Edison & the rest of the fabulous Skagit Valley & Camano & Whidbey Island. World class hiking, biking, rowing, birding & fishing. We offer a great jumping-off point for visits to the North Cascades & Olympic National Parks & the San Juan Islands. The space Super cozy space. Big, comfy chairs that are great for enjoying a warm or cold drink while you admire the wonderful view of Fir Island and beyond. Queen bed, Kitchenette w/sink, Keurig with coffee & tea provided, microwave, toaster oven & a refrigerator to store your growler of local brew. Loads of awesome takeout from our great local restaurants if you want to stay in. Very convenient to the produce and tulip fields, downtown La Conner and Old Mount Vernon, Snow Goose Produce and other Skagit landmarks. A 5 minute stroll to your Swan House Farm dinner. Guest access Our loft is the upper floor of a free-standing building. Guests have access to lighted parking adjacent to the building and the outside yard area around the loft. Very private. Location is very rural. Other things to note Your visit to the loft will begin contact free with keyless entry. We clean in compliance with the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocols. We maintain a minimum of 1 open day between visitors allowing us additional cleaning time prior to our next guest's arrival.
