To access the villa there is a 120cm wide path and 7 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm. The door to the terrace is 85cm wide, leading directly to the pool terrace, which is flat and decking. There is a ladder into the pool. The door to the kitchen/dining room is 75cm wide and the door to the lounge area is 129cm wide. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor.
