CR Beach is a family friendly home. We set up the house to encourage family time & strive to help you enjoy a relaxing time at the beach with your family. Sitting under the house you can hear the ocean and a short walk (less than 5min for a 2yr old) takes you to the beach boardwalks. Since only single family homes are in the area, the beach experience is unlike others in Florida. Memorial Day Weekend to the 1st week in Aug is a 7 night min with a Saturday turn. I would not recommend our home to someone with mobility issues due to the stairs and the beach access after Hurricane Michael. We hope to one day have a ramped boardwalk again, but that is not possible at this time. We also do not allow smoking inside OR outside of our home and NO pets. Our gated community, "The Plantation," does not allow RVs, Motorcycles, and only owners are allowed to use Golf Carts. The entire house is open except for 2 locked closets on the top floor, which hold our cleaning supplies and an owners closet. You are welcome to text or call me anytime during your stay and I can answer any questions or problems you may have. The house is in a gated community called "The Plantation" of only single family homes. We are part of 9 houses surrounding 1 of the 2 community pools in The Plantation. The "stuff" to do in the area involves the beach and outdoors. There are no high rises and no chain restaurants. There are biking trails throughout the island making it a perfect place to get outside and enjoy God's creation. Renters cannot rent Golf carts in the Plantation, but bikes are PERFECT for getting around. All linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are NOT provided. We also have at least 4 beach chairs for your use in the outside shower.
