Guest access The whole apartment is yours, in complete privacy: private entrance, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a private 40 sqm terrace. The apartment is on the first floor, on the left. Self check-in with a secure lockbox from 5 pm · check-out before 10 am. The code is sent to you automatically by message on the day of your arrival, from 4 pm. ⚠ Bookings for 1 or 2 guests: only one bedroom is accessible, the second remains locked for the whole stay. Other things to note ⚠ ROADWORKS IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING Roadworks are currently under way in front of the building, from 8am to 6pm. They may cause noise during the day. Access to the building and the parking is unaffected. The rate adjusts automatically on the platform when you enter the number of guests: please check this number (adults AND children) before confirming your booking. — GROUPS OF UP TO 12 — A second apartment, Le Terracotta Lounge, is located on the same landing and is booked separately — you will find it among my other listings. — GOOD TO KNOW — • Only the people listed on the booking may stay in the apartment, day or night • Bookings for 1-2 guests: the second bedroom remains locked for the whole stay • Automatic discounts: -5% from 7 nights, -10% from 14, -15% from 21, -20% from 28 • No tumble dryer in the apartment • Pets not allowed · non-smoking apartment • Parties strictly forbidden: 500 EUR fee if breached • Before you leave: wash the dishes and empty the bins • Check-in from 5 pm — Check-out before 10 am EXTRA LINEN Any request for extra linen must reach us by 4pm the day before at the latest. If a trip becomes necessary because information was not provided in time (late linen request, incorrect number of guests), it is charged 25 EUR for a request made during the day and 50 EUR for a request made after 7pm.
