The cottage is located in a large stone building in a mini-hamlet organized around a common courtyard 400m from the village center. It consists of two large vaulted rooms (cool in summer!) : a living room-kitchen of 30m ² with sofa bed (2 persons) and two rooms in row (1 bed 2 persons / 2 beds 1 person). Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Courtyard of 35m² at the back of the house (garden table, deck chairs and barbecue). The cottage is located at the exit of the village of Mirabel-et-Blacons in a quiet and green area. The village shops (grocery, bakery, tobacco press) are 400m, swimming in the Drôme 10 minutes walk. Canoeing, hiking, outdoor sports and mountain on site or nearby. Old village of Mirabel to visit. Between Valence (30 minutes) and Die (30 minutes), 7 km from Crest and Saillans. ATTENTION: during the summer holidays, rent by the week only!
