Mauthnerhube apartment with a view of the valley and sauna

Our historic stone house Vulgo Mauthner, which we are renovating with a lot of love and perseverance, is located at 824 m above sea level. The Talblick apartment with a large bedroom, combined kitchen and living room, and bathroom guarantees cozy hours! Relax in the private infrared sauna and enjoy the fantastic view! The new pond area with a panoramic view invites you to linger and relax! Due to its size, the pond is ideal for swimming and bathing! The space Apartment with valley view: The kitchen: Since we like to cook ourselves, we have made particular efforts to equip the kitchen with everything needed for cooking! Toaster, capsule/filter coffee machine, kettle, blender, oven, stove, pots, pans, cutlery... If something is missing, we can gladly lend it. The cozy dining area in the eat-in kitchen with beautiful views of the valley is the highlight! The bathroom is newly renovated with a modern rain shower and underfloor heating! Towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, liquid soap/shampoo is also provided! In the bedroom there is a large double bed, wardrobe and the private infrared sauna that relaxes especially on cold days or after a long hike! There is a large pull-out couch in the living room for two more people! In winter/autumn, the apartment is heated to about 15 degrees with an integrated electric heater! To have it nice and warm, our guests have to heat the apartment with the wood stove! Of course the wood is included! We prepare the apartment for our guests and upon their arrival it is already nice and warm! Cabin feeling guaranteed! Other things to note Adults Only - Teenagers 16 years and over Because we do not have sufficient equipment for small children (stair safety, barrier at the swimming pond, etc.)! Additional costs - local tax €2.50 per person/night, cash upon arrival/departure We have to pay these to the municipality.
