BEACH FRONT! The cutest little two-story beach house on a gorgeous lawn with palm trees, right on the beach at the beautiful and quiet Playa San Miguel. The perfect place to relax & enjoy the beach and beauty all around. The house is 75m2 (800ft), 1 bedroom and renovated with new floors and windows and a lovely large kitchen & island. AC all around. Beautiful tropical views from every window in the house, and a lovely covered deck going straight onto the lawn and to the beach. Aaah-mazing! The space THE BEACH HOUSE is 75m2 (800ft) on two levels and freshly renovated with new floors and windows and a large kitchen. The 2 story beach house : GROUND LEVEL - A bright and beautiful living area with views on coconut trees and the ocean ahead. The space is air-conditioned and includes a large kitchen with island & 4 stools, a large couch that converts into a comfortable queen size sofa bed, and a separate toilet. There is a smart Tv, no cable but good for Netflix etc! The lovely covered deck out front has the best breeze and views on the coconut lined lawn, the beach and Ocean! UPSTAIRS - One large bedroom with the best palm & ocean views, wooden floors and a queen size bed plus a single bed/day bed. Air-conditioning. Just outside the bedroom is a full lovely bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The house can sleep comfortably up to 4 people. RATES : Our rates may vary between $150-$350 per night. Prices will depend on season and dates, number of nights and number of people staying. Please make sure to ask or notify us if there will be more of you staying then initially announced. We usually have a minimum of 2-3 nights. Discounts will be offered for 7 days or more and special prices for a monthly stay if available. Activities in the area include - Surfing (right out front the house or at a few fun spots in the area! Ask owner for details) - hiking trails - horseback riding - kayaking in the mangroves 45$/pp - cycling on the 7km beach stretch - a handful of great restaurants only minutes away. The house is equipped with good satelite internet (approx 30mbps) Our caretaker lives close by if anything comes up. BREAKFAST OPTION : We work with a lovely local lady who prepares a great typical Costan Rican breakfast on demand (the day before) and at an extra charge of about $8pp. You can pick it up it's a 2 minute walk from the house. Guest access The property has a private entrance and wooden gate with a large parking area on the side of the house. You will enjoy the whole space to yourself, house and gardens and parking area. We do have neighbors on either side. NOTE - The washer & dryer will ONLY be available for guests staying ONE WEEK OR LONGER. And please do no put any sandy items in there. Playa San Miguel is a beautiful grey sand beach that stretches for all of 6 miles (9km)! It's a very quiet area and perfect for walking and relaxing. If you're into surfing, you'll find fun uncrowded fun waves out front or down the beach around the higher tide. The beach safe to swim at low tide! The water gets deep quickly at high tide and there can be currents. Also be mindful that there can be stingrays so best to shuffle your feet when walking into the Ocean. There are a handful of great restaurants within 2-20 min of the house! - Restaurant San Miguel - El Barco (Costa de Oro) - Tree House Pizza - Cocos Locos (500m to the left) - Soda Familar (San Francisco de Coyote) Other things to note Our base price is for 2 guests. Extra guests will be charged at $25 per person per night. On average, our prices will be $190 for 2 people $240 for 4 people NOTE - The washer & dryer will ONLY be available for guests staying ONE WEEK OR LONGER. And please NO sandy items in there.
