This house is part of a private estate with two houses (12–27 p). From 25/6/26, the estate is available for one group. Small-scale luxury estate surrounded by nature, ideal for multi-family vacations, large family gatherings and groups of friends with kids. Dining tables and a BBQ for evenings together, play areas and trampolines, a charming village just a 2-min walk away, and spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, everything you need for a safe and relaxing stay in the French countryside. The space This house is part of a private estate consisting of two houses accommodating 12–27 guests. From 25 June onwards, the entire estate is available exclusively as a whole for one group, with private use of all facilities. Pets are not allowed. Everything has been thought of. There is a covered outdoor area, a barbeque, table tennis table, football, an outdoor playground with slides, a large trampoline with net, a common jacuzzi, swingball, batminton rackets and much more. In our own river kids can play and have fun for hours and have a picnic by the river. There are 13 sleeps, 2 additional people max 15p. If you are a group up to people you can rent 2 houses as they are on the same location, total 27 people. During winter time the bedrooms can be heated up to approx 17-18 degrees. In the stairwell and toilets is no heating. Other things to note Final cleaning, bedding and towels are included. During the colder months central heating is not included in the price.
