"Old Brewery" at the Wasserschloss

Low-maintenance and insensitive large house, ideal for groups and large families. The space We warmly welcome you to our Old Brewery. The Old Brewery is a historic, spacious 1-family house in Schlossgut Unsleben. Dating back to the 18th century and was first used as a brewery, then inhabited by the agricultural tenant of the county fields. Today, guests will find a simple place to sleep and rest here, very suitable e.g. for hiking weekends with friends in the fantastic Rhön. The Old Brewery offers several bedrooms in different sizes, a large shared bathroom with shower and additionally 3 separate toilets (one of them with shower). There is a spacious kitchen-living room (from 2020) where you can cook and eat together. The Old Brewery is a house to feel good 'at the first sight'. It offers plenty of space for everyone, it is robust and easy to clean and therefore well suited for hiking enthusiasts even with children, dogs, etc. The house is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Wasserschloss - if you step out of the door, you stand in front of the imposing backdrop of the castle! Shops for shopping for everyday needs are within 3 minutes walking distance in the village of Unsleben. There is also a bus stop. And a lot of nature starts right outside the courtyard. The Rhön and the Streutal entice with endless hiking opportunities, excursion destinations etc. for young and old. Other things to note In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso capsule machine and a normal coffee machine for filter coffee. Please bring filters in the usual format 1x4. Laundry, towels, bath rugs, dish towels are provided and included. So that you have an uncomplicated start, we also provide a basic set of consumables for you - dishwasher tablets, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags - then, when the basic equipment is used up, you can get supplies in the village shop in 3 minutes on foot. At the end of the stay we ask that you strip the beds, dispose of the garbage and put the dishes in the closet clean or run in the dishwasher. The general departure time is 10 a.m. We offer - if compatible with our cleaning and occupancy plan - that you extend until 12 noon. The prerequisite is that you clarify this request with us by 10 a.m. on the day before your departure (whether possible). We charge 20 euros for the extension for the neighborhood, which we may charge through Airbnb.
