Casa Giò welcomes you to our exclusive private park overlooking the lake, featuring a fully equipped swimming pool (deckchairs, sun umbrellas, and amenities). The property offers direct access to Lake Lugano. From here, a beautiful scenic walk along the waterfront will take you directly to the heart of Brusimpiano. The perfect blend of total relaxation and nature. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by elevator. Consists of a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, and a large living room with a dining table, TV, and sofa, with access to the terrace overlooking the park. The terrace has an outdoor table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sitting area consisting of a sofa, two armchairs, and a low coffee table. One bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, another smaller bedroom with two single beds, and finally a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine. Towels and bed linens will be provided for each guest at the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment will be at our guests' disposal.
