Located 10 minutes from Aix en Provence, in a quiet residential area of the village of Eguilles, our house offers beautiful views of the Aix countryside and the castle. Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided. The space The village center and shops are within walking distance of 300 m. The swimming pool (9 m x 4 m), fenced, is facing south, with the shade of the hedge very pleasant in the middle of the afternoon. Next to the pool, you can enjoy the barbecue and a ping pong table. The house, on 3 levels, has no neighbors. Upstairs, we have a large master suite with bathroom. This room is air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a large veranda converted into a dining room. A terrace allows you to eat outside. On the garden floor, you can find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the pool. The rooms are naturally cool. Toilets on all levels. Private garden and parking.
