The swimming pool (9m x 4m), fenced, is facing south, with the shade of the hedge very pleasant in the middle of the afternoon. Next to the pool you can enjoy the barbecue and a ping pong table. The house, on 3 levels, is not overlooked. Upstairs, we have a great master suite with bathroom. This room is air-conditioned. On the ground floor is a large living room with American kitchen and a large veranda converted into a dining room. A terrace allows you to eat outside. On the garden floor, you can find 3 bedrooms including 2 overlooking the pool. The rooms are naturally cool. Toilet on all levels. Private garden and parking.
