ID Requirements at Check-In Indian Residents: A copy of your Aadhar card. International Guests: If you don’t have an Aadhar card, please send copies of your passport and visa at least 48 hours before arrival for FRRO submission. Apartment Experience This is a privately managed Villa, similar to other Airbnb listings. Hotel-style amenities like reception and room service are not available. Our property management team is on hand from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for any assistance you may need. Housekeeping We offer alternate day cleaning upon request, ideally when you're present. Please notify us in advance of your preferred cleaning time. No cleaning fee applies! Kitchen Use Enjoy access to the kitchen and complimentary utensils. We kindly ask that you wash utensils after use to maintain cleanliness for all guests. We kindly request guests to switch off the air conditioner whenever stepping out. If the AC is found running while the apartment is unoccupied, the main power supply may be turned off to conserve energy. P.S. We are a family-run homestay, not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel-style services or staffing. We have a power back - Inverter with Tubular battery. In case of power failure, inverter will switch on automatically - Lights and fans will work for 3 - 10 hours- Based on number of fan & lights are in usage.
