Cozy cottage right next to the forest and Simsjön

A charming cottage with the forest as a neighbor, just a stone's throw from the swimming lake and the nearest beach. The lush garden and the pleasant patio with a view of the lake invite you to relax, while families appreciate the child-friendly details and toys that make the cottage extra pleasant for both young and old. There are several hiking trails nearby and a golf course just a few minutes away. 10 min to the city, 15 min to Billingen outdoor recreation area, 20 min to Skara summerland. The space The cottage has two floors and is approximately 60 square meters. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) with the possibility of a travel cot for smaller children On the lower floor there is a living room with a sofa bed (150 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a room for a dining table and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The bright interior is combined with a cozy outdoor room, wooden deck and a lush garden. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture for nice summer evenings, as well as plenty of space for the children to play - with toys and play areas that make it extra family-friendly. With a trampoline, swing set, kiosk and a secret fir tree house, only your imagination sets the limits! With the forest right behind the cottage, fantastic views of the lake and nice hiking trails nearby, you can enjoy the beautiful nature. During the summer months it is possible to borrow a boat from us or rent a SUP board and canoe at the large swimming area, about 10 minutes walk from the cottage. About 1 minute away is the nearest swimming area. About 15 minutes drive to Billinge's outdoor recreation area where during the winter there is a slalom slope, cross-country ski trails and an ice skating rink. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature, hike, visit Bergatrollets trollstig which is very popular with children, or enjoy good food with a fantastic view at Billingen's restaurant.
