This is completed by a large walk in shower with hand crafted artisan tiles adding a decidedly Mediterranean edge. GROUND FLOOR The property sits on one floor with an open plan living area. Kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, integrated fridge (no icebox), dishwasher, washing machine (no dryer) and microwave. An under counter freezer is available in the outhouse. Dining area with seating for two. Sitting room with double sofa, armchair, wood burning stove. Freesat flat screen TV, DVD player. Dining space with seating for two. Bedroom with fixed super king bed, side tables, built-in cupboard with hanging and storage space. Bathroom with large walk in shower, basin and WC. Access/boot room with hanging space and bench seating. OUTSIDE To the rear of the cottage is a large fully enclosed garden with patio and lawn. Bench seating and outdoor furniture. Dogs should be clean and dry before access into the wider property. Dogs should be kept off the furniture and are not permitted in the bedroom. GUEST AMENITIES The beds feature high quality linen.
