Half-timbered farmhouse in the heart of Österlen. Surround by apple orchards, meadows, forest, and grazing animals. 10 minutes from the sea, walking distance to the center of Kivik. Here you come who are looking for a quiet, calm, and close to nature place to rest. The entire house can accommodate 12 people. If you want to accommodate more people, the farmhouse is available for rent on a separate listing. This reservation is for 2–4 people, and you will have access to: Two bedrooms A kitchen The price is for two people. The space Our farm is large and has 12 beds. If more than 4 people want to stay, the entire farmhouse can be rented on a separate Airbnb listing. Through this accommodation, you will have access to half of the house: Kitchen Two bedrooms (if you are four people; one bedroom if you are two people) Bathrooms. Please note that the other half of the house has a small separate studio for rent that may be rented to other guests or occupied by the house's host. However, this area is completely locked, and as a guest, you will have no unwanted interactions with others. Guest access As this is a private residence, we are unfortunately unable to accept check-in - either in the room or in the courtyard parking lot - earlier than 4 pm - unless this has been agreed between us.
