It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a large and bright living room with a fireplace, and a TV. No smoking. No strangers. Pets only upon request. The space Villa Elena is located near a forest in a beautiful garden full of olive trees, fruit trees, cypresses and many other plants, all entirely fenced with the possibility of parking. Villa Elena is spread across two floors. On the ground floor there is the entrance; a large living room with dining table and fireplace; a well-stocked kitchen equipped with a traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, new fridge and all the necessary utensils; a large outdoor space with table and barbecue area; a large and bright living room, with additional fireplace, equipped with television and SKY HD decoder (card not provided); on the other side there is the sleeping area with two beautiful double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with a bathtub or shower, overlooking the garden and a bedroom with a single bed. Upstairs there are two more beautiful double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a bathtub or shower, overlooking the garden and a bedroom with a sofa bed that instead overlooks the large covered terrace that has a nice dining table. Adjacent to the large covered terrace is the swimming pool. ATTENTION: the pool is available from mid-June to mid-September; the minimum depth is 1.40m and maximum 2.50m; the use of the pool is under the exclusive responsibility of the guests and when it is empty it is their sole responsibility to pay attention to themselves and any children. The following are not permitted: - smoking inside the house - bringing/hosting people other than those who booked - organize events and/or parties Use of the pool (mid-June-mid-September) is at the sole responsibility of guests and when it is empty it is their sole responsibility to pay attention to themselves and any children. In compliance with Italian law, it is mandatory to provide the identity document of each guest. Pets are allowed but it is necessary to specify their presence at the time of booking (there is a small supplement of 15 euros/day). For heating, there is a separate contribution (about 3.85 euros/m3) to be paid directly to the Host. For stays from September 15 to April 30, a deposit is required upon arrival.
