Parking space right next to the flat. Guest access The holiday flat is located in a separate building, which is entirely at your disposal. A parking space right next to the flat provides parking for your vehicle. In front of the flat is a terrace reserved for guests only. A small courtyard behind the building offers additional seating and space for secure bicycle parking. Other things to note In addition to accommodation and travel costs, we charge a visitor's tax levied by the town of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. This amounts to €2 per night per person (from 2026: €2.50). We pay this amount to the local authority. In return, you will receive a guest card that entitles you to many benefits, including free use of buses and trains in the Ahr Valley.
