Dune House is an apartment renovated in August 2025. Located on the first floor, inside a residence with private parking under the house, it is located near the center of Marina di Ginosa. It is 500 meters from the sea (about a 10-minute walk). Inside the house, there is a large living room with a 55" TV and a kitchen with all amenities, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. On the second floor, there is an additional double bedroom with a terrace with shower.
