Tiny home in Crookwell

Iron Mine Cottage is a charming Tiny Home that offers an idyllic escape for those looking for a weekend away . Surrounded by farmland and impressive country views, this Tiny Home is only minutes away from local cafes, markets, country pubs and quaint shops in rural Crookwell. Designed for simplicity and serenity, this cozy retreat blends modern comfort with timelessness. Iron Mine cottage is situated 2.5 hours from Sydney and 1.5 hours from Canberra and the Southern Highlands. The space Our property is 8 acres located about 6klms from Crookwell. The Tiny Home is situated on the top of the hill with a north easterly aspect. During your stay with us do not hesitate to have a walk around the property, only rule is if you open a gate please shut it. The two Alpacas are very timid and will not usually come up to you but feel free to see how close you can get. The black Alpaca is Harry and the white Alpaca is LLoyd. Guest access Most of the property is open for you to use, however unless you need something we ask you don't wander around the main house. Other things to note Just a reminder the blinds on the windows and door are controlled with a remote which is located on the right inside the door. Please resist the urge to pull them down manually. The kitchenette is stocked with a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, air fryer, microwave and microwave sandwich maker. Located outside is an electric Bar-B-Q. The utensils can be found in the kitchen draws. Don't worry about cleaning the Bar-B-Q as we will do that after your visit. Under the breakfast counter is a selection of games and books.
