Set in its green setting, Villa IRENE awaits you to spend a relaxing vacation. With its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge living room, well-kept garden and dedicated staff, it is close to the most beautiful beaches of Nosy-Bé, the entertainment of Ambatoloake (bars, restaurants, nightclubs...) and the typical shops of Dzamandzar (large daily market). It is 15 km from the main town, Hell-Ville, and 20 km from the airport. The neighborhood is peaceful. The space Located at the entrance of Dzamandzar coming from Hell-Ville, this accommodation is fully ventilated. There is no need for air conditioning because the house is oriented in the axis of the prevailing winds and therefore remains cool in all seasons. The fans, present in each room, are therefore largely sufficient to ensure a pleasant temperature. The accommodation is 100% "solar". You must therefore be careful not to use electrical appliances that are too "greedy", such as hairdryers, for example, otherwise the installation will be disconnected... On the other hand, never any power cuts... Which unfortunately is one of the "specialties" of Nosy-Bé... We have a double freshwater supply system (local network + water tower with 1000 l tank supplied by our well). Therefore, the water supply is abundant and permanent without any possible outages. Daily cleaning is included. Meals (for a fee) can be offered by Mam, our housekeeper, on request. She can also take care of your laundry and can possibly look after your children in the evening (rates to be negotiated with her). The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking outside (varangues, garden) is allowed of course... Our caretaker, Zino, is at your disposal (small errands in the village, various services, DIY, etc.). The property is fully fenced and secure (2 m wall, lighting and night watchman). We are in a great location: Nearest beach: 1 km Dzamandzar Market: 2 km Andilana (the most beautiful beach on the island): 15 km Hell-Ville (main city): 10 km Ambatoloaka (lots of entertainment: bars, restaurants, etc.): 5 km Fascene Airport: 15 km. 2 adult mountain bikes (including one with a baby carrier) and 2 children's bikes are available free of charge for rides in the surrounding area. An off-road motorcycle is also available on site for rent. If you have a car, a double and covered garage is available for free inside the property (under the staff house). If you are not, the main road of the island is only a few dozen meters from the villa… Just hail a "Tuk-Tuk", which day or night will take you wherever you want… Depending on the season, fruit (bananas, papayas) directly taken from the trees can be provided free of charge. The garden, large and well maintained by Zino, will enchant young and old. Outdoor meals, on a part of the soft and shaded lawn, are even possible (table, benches and barbecue provided...). The rooms located above the car garages are reserved for staff and the cupboards of rooms 2 and 3 are locked because we store our personal belongings there.
