Come and relax in a new ground floor apartment in the countryside. The accommodation is in a small village in the Parc de la Chartreuse. The environment is quiet and green. Shops (supermarket, tobacco/press, bakery, bar...) are in the next village. The pizza truck and hairdresser are 200 m away. We live in the other part of the house, right next door, and if necessary we can help you if you are missing things and provide advice on places to visit. The space The accommodation (apartment, it is not a house) is 42 m² with a separate entrance. The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a combination refrigerator with freezer, microwave, induction hob with range hood, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Ideal for remote work, you have access to the internet via fiber with a very good speed (1 RJ45 outlet on the living room wall, provide your cable of sufficient length). The bathroom is spacious and includes an Italian shower, vanity with rolling furniture under the vanity, hanging toilet and washing machine (shower seat available on request). The bedroom is equipped with a bed for 2 people in 140x190cm and offers a large space around the bed. It is possible to install a crib next door (free loan upon request). The living room includes a table and 4 chairs, a side table and 2 stools, a BZ sofa in 160x200cm, a TV 80cm with the free player and access to free channels (fiber network). WiFi and an RJ45 outlet are available on the wall to connect a laptop. You have access to a sheltered terrace in front of your living room with a small table and 2 chairs, with views of the garden (not shared) and the marsh opposite. If you're lucky, you may see the deer from the floor-to-ceiling window. Parking is nearby in front of the property. There is no possibility at the moment to charge an electric car (no reinforced outlet installed). The cottage is completely self-contained: a few products are present on site for troubleshooting such as dish soap, hand soap, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, 1 roll of toilet paper is provided at the entrance, sheets, towels and kitchen towels are provided at the entrance only. Cleaning will need to be done by the occupant before they leave. Guest access You can enjoy the sheltered terrace in front of your glass window. Other things to note We have a 4-year-old child, so in the evening he goes to bed early (around 9 PM). Please be discreet in the evening on the terrace. Pets are allowed only in the cottage (we are sorry, but we no longer make the garden available to guests' dogs following numerous comments about the lack of a gate and the proximity to us, which generate negative comments about our cottage).
