C’Alma Farmhouse: Pool, Padel & Nature Retreat

C'ALMA Boutique Farmhouse is more than a farmhouse: it's an exclusive retreat in the Ribatejo region where comfort, nature, and leisure meet. The space Fully private farm for your family and friends that features: - 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom farm house with modern amenities - Outdoor kitchen and Pergola with outdoor dinning area that seats 10. - Swimming pool - Padel Court - Wooden Playground and Trampoline Area Our usual layout for the house is: - 4 bedrooms with full / queen / king beds where 2 adults (couple) can sleep - 8 adults total - 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds and 2 bunk beds meant for children - 4 children total. With this layout our maximum capacity is 12: 8 adults and 4 children. Optionally, if you have more adults and fewer children we can convert the office as a bedroom using an extra bed / sofa bed but the total number of guests cannot exceed 12. If your needs fall outside of these limits or you have a custom request please reach out to us. Other things to note During weekdays, the farmer responsible for maintaining the farm will be working during the morning. His presence is only in the agricultural areas, not interfering with the privacy of the house or the guests. Our dog, named ICE, also lives on the property; we rescued him from a very abusive situation. He has his own large, fenced-in area with ample space, both indoors and outdoors, in one corner of the property opposite from the house. He is a docile dog and you can pet him through the fence, but it is not permitted to open the kennel door to let him out. He will be fed daily by the responsible farmer or the host, without interfering with the privacy of the house and guests. And don't worry, when the house is not booked by guests he runs freely in the entire property! Registration details 168165/AL
