Quiet accommodation with terrace - Near the old orchard

Welcome to our fully renovated home. It is located halfway between the Saignelégier Plateau – known for its majestic fir trees – and the magnificent banks of the Doubs – pleasantly cool during hot weather. Our accommodation is on the 2nd floor in a farmhouse in the middle of nature. A very peaceful spot in the Franches-Montagnes district, in the municipality of Saignelégier. Ideal for relaxing away from urban pollution and crowds. The space Our accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. With a living area of 60 m², "loft-style", you will find: - A spacious and fully equipped kitchen. - Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, bath towels. - A double bed (160 x 200 cm) on the mezzanine (access by an attic-style staircase). - Two convertible armchairs (100x190) in the living room-kitchen. Enjoy a carefully arranged private terrace, a short walk from an orchard and a large garden, with open views of the countryside. Perfect for a coffee in the sun, an outdoor meal, a moment of reading, or a nap on a deck chair. Parking: There is a free parking space in front of the farmhouse, with the option of charging your electric car via our 11kW station equipped with a Type 2 outlet and a 5m cable. The payment of 50 cents per kWh is made directly to us (Pascale, etc.) when you check out. If you are interested, please let her know in advance. A space is available for you to store and recharge your bikes. Self-service A small self-service store has recently been set up near the accommodation so that you can fully relax during your stay. Depending on the season, we offer you our vegetables from the garden and our fresh fruit from our orchard. You can also buy basic necessities and local products from the Jura region. As with charging your car, payment can be made in Swiss francs (CHF), in euros (EUR), or via Twint. Exterior: From spring, horses and cows graze around our farm, enhancing the bucolic charm of the place. The gentle ringing of their bells is reminiscent of the mountain pastures. Amenities and shops: - Nearest public transport (bus) and small grocery store: "Doubs Doux" in Goumois, 2.5 km away (5 minutes by car and 30 minutes on foot from the property). - Most shops are in Saignelegier (12 minutes by car): post office, train station, pharmacy, leisure center, bike rental or ski rental during the winter... - The surrounding villages also have very good small shops with their specialties that are well worth a visit. - And there are excellent restaurants to discover in the surrounding area, with their regional products. Activities: The region offers many activity options: hiking, biking, scootering, horseback riding, canoeing downriver, swimming in the heart of nature, etc. In the accommodation, you will find many brochures and maps for exploring our region. Free: By staying on our farm, you benefit from the Jura-Pass. This entitles you to free public transportation as well as discounts on many activities in the region!
