Guests can access the kitchen for cooking baby meals for infants. • Entire 3-bedroom villa is rented as a unit (individual rooms are not sold separately) • Private access to the villa, lawns, gazebo, and parking for up to 6 cars Other things to note • Panchgani experiences scheduled load shedding every Tuesday (9 am – 6 pm). Complimentary genset usage for 4 hours; thereafter charged at ₹1000/hr. • Internet/electricity may be disrupted due to rains, tree falls, or other natural causes. • Caretakers are available on-site for housekeeping, cooking, and assistance. • Living room is naturally cool and does not have AC. • Security deposit of INR 15000 is collected at check-in. Returned if no damages done. Facilities & Rules • No bachelors / No stags allowed • Parking space for 6 cars • Smoking allowed only outdoors Meals • Freshly prepared, home-cooked meals made with locally sourced ingredients • Tea/coffee included with breakfast and evening high tea; extra servings chargeable • Meals: ₹2000 + taxes per person per day (veg/non-veg), includes lunch, hi-tea, dinner, and next day breakfast • In-house chef prepares meals on-site; payment to be made online 24 hours prior to check-in Smoking (includes sheesha and hookah) within the villa/rooms is prohibited
