Lot 95 is a 3BR and 3.5 Baths - 2 storey, 2100 sq. ft. It is about 20 minutes to shopping malls, restaurants & all important amenities in Ocho Rios, Dunns River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Margaritaville & other attractions. The space On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. A queen bed and bathroom is also on that floor. On the first floor is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and it's bathroom. Kitchen, living room, washer and dryer are on the first floor. There is a front porch on each floor which allows you to enjoy the cool Jamaican mountain/ ocean breeze. Guest access Guests will be able to use all parts of the buiding. Some bedrooms may be closed off depending on the number of guests. Other things to note The actual number of bedroom opened will depend on the number of guests. This is a new home and construction is ongoing in the community. Your stay will not be affected. The workmen are offsite by 5 pm.
