A spacious kitchen overlooking the courtyard garden offers everything you need for dishing up tasty local produce. This property is in a fabulous location allowing you to experience the true buzz of city life. Three ultra spacious bedrooms with a superking, one king and one double with luxurious linens await for the best of slumbers. It is possible to split one of the beds into twins - this must be requested ahead of your stay. There is ample parking on the street, although paid you won't struggle for a space. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property (first and top floor) as well as the garden courtyard space outside to the rear only Other things to note The property occupies the first and top floor of the building. The main front door leads to a communal hallway shared with the ground floor tenant and there is a private entrance to the maisonette. The rear garden seating area is your sole use, this is not shared. The garden does have a right of way for access to the bottom flat but rarely used. Dogs are welcome for £60 No parties, stag or hen parties. This is a quiet residential area and all guests must be respectful and mindful of neighbours. Paid on street parking is limited to two hours for visitors between 9-6, guests will need to move to one of three nearby public car parks during the day.
