It is an exceptional site classified as a "remarkable heritage site", a privileged place in nature to meet with friends or family, a perfect starting point for many hikes, via ferratas, mountain biking tours. ... The space This large accommodation consists of 2 apartments (hereinafter referred to as "loft" & "apartment") communicating and rented together offering a total capacity of max. 25 people. The accommodation is perfectly equipped (wifi, household appliances, sheets, bath towels, dishes, books, board games, etc.). 1. The loft A large apartment "the loft" (4 to 15 people) including: On the ground floor: An entrance with a toilet and cloakroom. On the garden level: - A large living room with fireplace and access terrace on the Salève side. - A dining room, equipped kitchen and a south terrace access. Under the attic: - A living room with foosball and other games. -One bathroom. - A toilet. - A large suite with a double bed, a living room (can also be used as a bedroom for 3 people), and a large mezzanine (can also serve as a room for 4 people). - A double bedroom with south-facing balcony. - A double bedroom with south-facing balcony and with mezzanine (can also be used as a bedroom for 2 people) and a bathroom. 2.
