The space The property is located in the open neighborhood "Praderas de Uribe", a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Our property is located 800 meters from the main square of Uribelarrea, close to the main tourist, gastronomic and historical attractions that the town has. ATTENTION! It is not a quinta for events. It is a country house to rest and connect with silence and nature. -> The house: It is a house with three rooms: two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a piece of furniture that opens and a bed for a child), a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen/dining room (with a double futon that becomes a double bed). It has: electric stove, microwave, electric kettle and electric oven, coffee maker, dishes, electric hot water heater, air conditioning cold heat (one in the dining room), electric heating panels in each room, fans, cable TV, WIFI Internet (excellent performance: suitable for work). Closet in each room and blankets and quilts. -> The park: 8-meter pool, 2 covered galleries, chulengo grill, 2-burner gas stove, umbrella and benches near the pool, rustic playground, structure with half shade for cars, deckchairs. Gas stove in the rear gallery area. Amenities: dry breakfasts (herbs, sugar, coffee, tea sweetener and cooked mate); for cooking: salt, oil and vinegar; in the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. Towels, bath towels, and sheets are not included. -> Visitors and meetings are not allowed. -> Pets: are accepted as long as they do not get dirty inside and do not get on beds and armchairs. Keep in mind that the fence is for the field and does not prevent their exit or the entry of other dogs. Guest access Guests can use all the facilities, enjoy the park, pool, silence and tranquility. The house is located in a very quiet area, it is not in the center where there can be noise and a lot of traffic on weekends. However, it is not far from everything either. 600 meters away there is a warehouse and 800 meters away the main square. We are in the countryside, surrounded by other weekend houses and permanent housing as well, in the open neighborhood "Praderas de Uribe".
