The bright living area features a large smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ included – perfect for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, and all essential cooking utensils. For remote work, there is a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi of approx. 135 Mbps. Both quiet bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower. There is also a separate toilet for added comfort.
