Guest access Guests have full access to the home and backyard (shed and garage not included). Kayaks are available for use at your own risk. Please bring your own life jackets. You will receive access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all guests. A security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are followed and no damage is noted. Other things to note This home offers a true coastal escape in a natural waterfront setting, so you may occasionally notice local wildlife or insects. It is a well-maintained home with character, rather than a newly renovated or hotel-style property. This property operates under a firm cancellation policy. We recommend guests take travel insurance. No refunds are given for incorrect booking details, including wrong guest numbers or undeclared pets. Base pricing includes up to 8 guests.
