Home is next to "Place Al Amal" and "Vallée des Oiseaux" gardens; everything is within walking distance, so you don't need to spend money on transportation (see Google Maps, Google Maps, Agadir). Cleaning fees are included. The total price includes the Airbnb commission. The space Like our previous guests, you will have a pleasant stay in this beautifully decorated place. Ideally located, within walking distance of everything, the apartment is appreciated for its simple, traditional Berber Amazigh Moroccan decor, a magnificent stone-walled living room, and a lovely sunny view overlooking a large garden. Free Wi-Fi is included. A large 50-inch Samsung Smart TV with free IPTV is provided, allowing you to enjoy TV channels from around the world. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals; please open the kitchen windows to avoid grease splatters on the walls. A washing machine is also available; please use it with care and moderation. It was recently replaced. Parking is available. ACCOMMODATION AREA: Everything is within walking distance of the accommodation. You have plenty of options: beach, restaurants, Moroccan craft shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, tobacconists, Orange Telecom stores, currency exchange offices, banks and ATMs, souk, gardens, museums, historical monuments, taxis... everything is close to the accommodation on foot. BEACH: Agadir beach is 5 km wide and only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the accommodation, depending on your pace and chosen route. There are two access points from the accommodation: 1- Via Radio Television Regionale, rue "Vallée des Oiseaux" (Valley of the Birds) to the "Beldi Fusion Kitchen Agadir" restaurant. 2- Via through the "Belvedere" garden. Enjoy a comfortable and stress-free transfer in a modern vehicle, including a mini discovery tour of the accommodation area, restaurants, and beach access... a wonderful way to start your stay in Agadir – pure bliss! - TRANSFER PROCESS: The client provides us with three pieces of information: flight, airline, city of origin, and date and time of arrival in Agadir. We take care of everything. We pick up our client from the airport in Agadir and return with them to their accommodation, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey. - Airport meeting point: conveniently located at the only exit for passengers, with a personalized sign for easy identification. - Head to the airport parking lot to get into the vehicle. One 10 kg bag per person, please. - Airport parking fees are included. - Transfer time from the airport to the accommodation: 45 minutes via the highway. The airport is far from the accommodation and the city center. - A tour of the accommodation area and access to the beach is a great way to get acquainted with the city center without wasting time looking for places... pure bliss! Note: There are certainly cheaper services available, saving you 5 euros, but often with unpleasant surprises: drivers who drop clients off far from the accommodation to avoid city center traffic—a real headache, we've seen it happen... or even worse, when it's time to leave for the client's home country, their unknown driver doesn't pick them up at the accommodation for some unknown reason, causing them to miss their flight—also happened before... all to save 5 euros. A taxi, given the distance and travel time, costs on average €25 to €30 including luggage fees. A taxi will take one client from Agadir airport to Agadir airport and another client from Agadir airport to Agadir airport, so it's twice the price. We arrive empty and leave with our single Airbnb client for the same price. Arrival transfer fee: €30. Departure transfer fee: €30. Departure transfers are also available upon request, on time, with no surprises, just like arrival transfers. Other things to note TO BOOK: Please send me a message with three things: 1- The exact total number of travelers in the booking. 2- Specify if you are a European couple residing in Europe or a Moroccan Arab couple residing in Morocco, in accordance with Moroccan Islamic law regarding couples. 3- The ages of any children present during the stay, if applicable. I will respond and confirm your booking promptly, except late at night. LAST-MINUTE BOOKING: To confirm a reservation for the following day, you must confirm well before midnight; otherwise, the Airbnb system will not validate the request. LATE ARRIVAL AFTER MIDNIGHT: Please pay close attention to the arrival date, especially as the date changes at midnight. MOROCCAN LAW REGARDING COUPLES: 1- NON-MUSLIM EUROPEAN COUPLES: A marriage certificate is not required by Moroccan law, provided you arrive together from your country of residence. 2- MOROCCAN, ARAB, AND MUSLIM COUPLES: A marriage certificate is required by Moroccan law for renting apartments and hotels. 3- SINGLE MEN: Allowing strangers into the property without authorization is prohibited. Pedophilia and prostitution are also illegal and punishable by imprisonment under Moroccan law. There is an exterior security camera above the entrance door.
