Other things to note No access or use of areas to the rear and sides of the barn, in order to be considerate to neighbours. No parties. No smoking or Vaping inside or outside the property. Note: This barn is on the ground floor with steps to access it from the outside and a split level area that has some steps internally to access one of the living/sleeping spaces.
