The space The apartment is on the second floor of a typical mountain chalet, with a private entrance and access a few meters from the parking lot available to guests. The attic consists of: - Entrance with shoe rack and coat rack; - living area (with sofa, armchairs, and TV) and kitchen (with induction cooktop, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), and table with 8 seats. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms: - Double bedroom with desk, relaxation area with sofa and TV, and private bathroom with shower; - bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed and a comfortable workspace; - bathroom with shower. The heating is autonomous and adjustable via a thermostat. The exterior of the cabin is at guests' complete disposal. Large lawns for pleasant walks, a table with benches, and an outdoor space with deck chairs with a beautiful view of the Pale di San Martino and the Lagorai Chain. It is easily accessible by car via a private road and has ample outdoor parking reserved for 3 cars. The attic is located in an excellent position just a few minutes' drive from the main ski areas of the area (Alpe Lusia, Ski Center Latemar and Alpe Cermis), from the Paneveggio Natural Park, from Passo Rolle and Pale di San Martino, with the possibility of walking in the woods directly from the house. You can use the outdoor spaces, the lawns, the stream, etc. for walks or games with children.
