Welcome to our bright and cozy new building apartment (own front door access) with oak parquet floor and underfloor heating. The 1-room apartment has a 180x200cm bed with high-quality Tempur mattresses as well as a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. In addition to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, the apartment offers a new bathroom with accessible rain shower. Baby cot and highchair are available on request. The whole apartment can be darkened (shutters). The space A large room (living/dining/sleeping area) incl. kitchenette. Private modern bathroom. Independent access with front door. Guest access Completely independent separate apartment with its own front door. Other things to note Right on our doorstep is the Rohrbach Forest, which invites you to take long walks. Finally, you can stop at the Edelweißhütte, 300 m away. Other culinary highlights in Rohrbach are the 1-star restaurant "Midi" as well as the Italian restaurant "Bella Italia". We also have good connections to companies such as "Festo" and the highway. A bus stop is right outside the front door. The connection to Kirkel to the police school / police center Guy Lachmann (PZGL) is also very good. Events in "Dad's Garage" or the Rohrbachhalle are within walking distance. For coffee drinkers, we have a small "Nescafé Dolce Gusto" capsule machine in the accommodation with a few free capsules for your stay with us ☕️. Depending on the coffee consumption / length of your stay, it's best to bring your favorite type(s) of capsules! And for an extensive breakfast or brunch, our apartment is also equipped with an electric egg cooker (6) and egg cups. There are roller shutters throughout the living area that can be raised and lowered separately or via a main switch next to the entrance door. The whole apartment can be darkened!
