The space Cala Vemar - Casa Salitre is located in El Lance, a small and quiet coastal town on the Costa Tropical, ideal for those seeking the sea, calm and relaxation. The house is waterfront. In front there is a pedestrian promenade next to the beach: it is not a main road or a traffic zone. It is a space to walk, look at the sea and enjoy the surroundings. Access by car is easy, and the area maintains a very local and quiet atmosphere, far from mass tourism. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen-living-dining room and an outdoor porch facing the sea. - 1 bedroom with a premium double bed measuring 140 x 200. - 1 bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds. - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 living room with a sofa bed / fully equipped kitchen - dining room. - Outdoor porch with a table for 6 facing the sea. Equipped with all the amenities for spending a few days to long stays. Guest access The house is independent with its own private porch. It also has a free parking space. In the village there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast and lunch. And in the summer months, dinner as well. Other things to note From Casa Salitre, you can visit the city of Granada, the Alpujarras, the Axarquía, Cabo de Gata, and various places of interest within an hour's drive. In the winter months, you can also enjoy snow sports at the Sierra Nevada ski resort (1.5 hours). For golf lovers, there is a golf course in Motril (0.5 hours away). El Lance and its surroundings are a fantastic place for cycling enthusiasts, with flat oceanfront routes and mountainous trails. And of course, you can enjoy water sports such as snorkeling, paddle surfing, kayaking and fishing.
