Tastefully furnished house overlooking the beach of Cavoli, a beach that, due to its south-facing position and with the protection of the Monte Capanne massif behind it, makes it the warmest and most welcoming on the island, with sunny summers and springs with an ideal temperature. We are descendants of the first inhabitants of Cavoli and have been renting since the dawn of tourism, so we know how to make your vacation comfortable! Walk down to the beach! The space The apartment has three bedrooms: two doubles with a small balcony overlooking the sea and one twin. We don't use sofa beds; you'll only find comfortable traditional beds☺️ The kitchens are well-equipped and have everything you need to cook and eat; We provide a pod-based espresso machine with a few complimentary pods. When you buy them, get the ones that are compatible with Nespresso®️. For lovers of traditional coffee, there are also two moka pots, one for two and one for four cups. Important: In order to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness, our showers do not have a rigid enclosure but the classic curtain that is washed with each change and often replaced with a new one. In addition, there is the possibility of using an outdoor shower with hot water, which is very convenient for rinsing off sand before entering the house; Certified laundry linens upon request, to be paid for in the apartment double bed kit + towels and mat (25 euros for the entire period) single kit + towels (€20 for the entire period) Otherwise, you can bring your own. Guest access Each apartment has its own private terrace, plus there is a common area with a swing and sofas in the small square next to (or below, in the case of the Montecristo and Gabriella apartments) the apartments, much appreciated by younger guests. The beach is 60 meters from the house, you can get there with a comfortable and undemanding staircase/climb. Other things to note For logistical reasons and to avoid empty days in high season, we only accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday (minimum stay 7 nights).
