Welcome to our newly renovated house in Kokelv – a perfect place for vacations and unique experiences in the beautiful north! The residence is over two floors. On the main floor, you will find a spacious kitchen as well as a cozy combined living/dining room. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus one bedroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with a sofa bed and a single bed. In total, this provides seven sleeping places. Ideal for families or small groups looking for comfort and proximity to beautiful natural surroundings. The space Single-family home with parking. Guest access Entire house. The garage is not available for use. Key box by the front door. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in the house. No smoking. The garage next to the house is not available for guests. Key box with code at the front door. There are two wood-burning stoves in the home. Please exercise caution when using the wood-burning stove. There will be a bag of firewood at the house upon arrival; if you need more, you will need to buy it yourself. Heating cables in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is a heat pump in the living room; you control it using a remote control that is hung by the living room door. There are two freestanding oil heaters in the property. Use these products with caution. We ask that you turn off the heating when you are not in the residence. There are two fire extinguishers in the property, one on each floor. There is a fire escape on the second floor. It is possible to borrow a crib for children, as well as a step stool / high chair.
