The property dates back to the 16th Century and has been tastefully converted to maintain its rustic farm heritage. There are gardens and fields which you can wonder around, The Cottage has its own garden with BBQ, Patio, Outside Dining, Fire Pit and Hanging Chairs for relaxation. Once inside the Cottage there is a cosy lounge with a large 4 seater leather sofa, coffee table and large TV, there is additional seating with a leather puff, lamps for delicate lighting if required and a Smart TV Cabinet with board games and books for your entertainment. The Kitchen and dining are is compact but very functional, a new oven/hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, toaster and kettle all available to use. The Nespresso Virtuosa Coffee Machine is an added luxury to enjoy a cup of coffee outside listening to the birds in the morning. We provide Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk sachets for your ease too. The Bathroom has a full size shower, large butlers sink, toilet, heated towel rail and complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Towels are also provided for your comfort. The Bedroom is on the first floor and comprises of a large double bed as well as a double sofa bed, rug, lamp, bedside table and large clothes hanging rail. There is room for two people sharing the double bed and a further two people sharing the sofa bed in the same room. The property set on 7 acres is within close proximity to Gatwick airport making it a great place to stay before or after your holiday or travels. We also offer Gatwick parking and bicycle rentals at an additional fee. Without a doubt it is also great for a family weekend away or a friends getaway. Guest access The property is gated and secure and the key to the cottage is housed in a key safe. There is a security code which will provided to you upon arrival. Other things to note Children under 2 years of age are free, they are not subject to the Additional Guest Charge but do count towards the maximum guest number.
