All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, sound system, game console, CCTV, and an attached balcony. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN (Only Reheating Access) Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. LAWN The property is embraced by two spacious lawns that seamlessly merge with the lush surrounding greenery. The pool is 10x15 ft. with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. THEATRE ROOM The property features a cosy theatre room with 7 plush recliner seats, perfect for private movie nights. Equipped with top-notch acoustics and ambience, it brings the cinema experience right to your stay. Guest access Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - A chef can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability; ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Guests can access the private home theatre for an extra charge of Rs. 4000 per day. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
