Beautiful room located in my house in Châteaudun. Ideal for a short stay, close to shops, the train station (5-min walk) and the city center (10-min walk). A bathroom is available just for you. You'll find all the comforts you need for a successful stay. Free parking in a private courtyard. NO TV in the room. There is a cat 🐈 and a young dog 🦮 in the house. The room is NON-SMOKING 😉 The space Bedroom on the ground floor of the house. Common main entrance. En suite bathroom. A plus: a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle) is at your disposal. It doesn't allow you to cook, but it's sufficient for reheating. No tv in the room.
