Other things to note Welcome to Our Villa 🌿 We’re excited to host you! To make your stay comfortable and hassle-free, please go through some helpful information and house guidelines. 🅿️ Parking Parking is available for 2 cars inside the compound. Additional cars can be parked safely on the road outside. 🚖 Getting Here The villa is about 19 km (approx. 40 minutes) from Karjat Station. If you’re not driving, rickshaws are the best way to reach us. 👨‍🍳 Food Options Delicious home-cooked meals are available on order and can be delivered to the villa. We’ll share details with you after booking. Our caretaker also provides freshly cooked food (prepared at their place). Orders need to be given in advance—you can coordinate directly with them. A few nearby restaurants deliver as well. Please note: Zomato and Swiggy services are not available here. 🍳 Kitchen Access You’re welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking. Do bring along your own groceries if you plan to cook. 🛒 Essentials As the villa is a little away from the main market, we recommend carrying all essentials with you. Having your own vehicle is more convenient for quick runs. ⚡ Electricity Since we are in a serene village setting, there may occasionally be power cuts during bad weather. An inverter backup is available, which powers lights and fans for about 4–5 hours (depending on usage). Please note: ACs and geysers will not function during backup. The power supply is beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to ensure your comfort. 🌸 House Guidelines Check-in & Check-out: Check-in from 1:00 PM onwards | Check-out by 11:00 AM. ID Proof: A valid government ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in. Payments: Balance payment + refundable security deposit of ₹2,500 Smoking: Not allowed inside the villa (you may use outdoor spaces). Parties & Noise: Please avoid party poppers indoors and keep noise at a considerate level. Substances: Drugs, paan, gutka, and tobacco are not permitted. Damages: Any damage to property, furniture, or crockery will be chargeable. Energy Use: Kindly switch off appliances when not in use. Natural Setting: To protect the greenery, plucking flowers or fruits is not allowed. Insects & Nature: Being amidst nature, you may occasionally spot insects despite regular pest control.
