Hilltop Tiny House
Hilltop Tiny House
Description
Located just 20 minutes from the Seattle-Bainbridge ferry terminal and Bainbridge Island's main downtown, the Hilltop Tiny House is WiFi-free and steps away from the forest and the coast, making it the perfect place to relax and reconnect. The space This tiny house has an open floor plan with tons of storage room to tuck away your bags or camping gear during your stay. We have exceptional heating and AC, and an on-demand hot water heater for all those long, hot shower folks out there. Need we say more? There are stairs leading to the lofted bedroom with a tapered ceiling; the head of the bed is the highest point, measuring 4 feet from floor to ceiling. This tiny house is ideal for guests who are comfortable climbing stairs and diving/crawling under the covers. Designed for full-time living, the kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. It's outfitted with a Whirlpool microwave+convection oven and two-burner gas range. There is a small refrigerator with no freezer, and dishes must be washed by hand. The main quirk of the whole place is our "Trelino® Evo M • Portable Composting Toilet for Adventurers." It's a clean, easy-to-use solution for our tucked-away, limited-sewer situation. Check out the Trelino website for more details (you know you're curious!). If you're looking for more traditional amenities, this tiny house may not be the right fit for you. Last but very important: please note that the Hilltop Tiny House has NO WiFi connection. Instead, it's outfitted with two hammocks, cool adult coloring books, puzzles, coffee and tea, and a variety of board/card games. There's also a picnic basket + blanket so you can move your relaxation station down to the waterfront at Fort Ward Park! Guest access In addition to the entire tiny house, you'll have a quaint and private outdoor space all to yourself during your stay. String up the hammocks, lay out the picnic blanket, or have your morning coffee under the willow trees!
