Final cleaning and garage included. The space From the living room and the master bedroom, you can go directly out onto the terrace, which has access to the garden. Perfect for relaxing while the kids play outside. The kitchen is fully equipped, with basic spices, oil, coffee, and everything you need for cooking. In case something is missing, just let us know, and we'll help right away. The children's room is furnished with a bunk bed, toys, and books to make the little ones feel right at home. A travel cot, high chair, and children's tableware are also provided. A special highlight: your own garage with two parking spaces and an EV charging station. Guest access You have the entire apartment, the terrace, and the garden all to yourselves. Access is via a PIN code, so you can check in flexibly at any time without having to wait for anyone. The apartment is at ground level, with no stairs or steps. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower function, but it is not fully accessible. You can park your vehicles safely in your own garage, which has two parking spaces, and access the apartment directly from your car. Perfect in the rain or after a long day of travel. Other things to note No smoking is allowed in the apartment and on the entire property. We would like to keep the apartment freshly cleaned and tidy for all guests.
