There will be RM 150 charges if the access card is lost. 【ONE Parking】 - Guest required to drive all the way to level 6 after gotten the key from lockbox beside the guard - After parking, guest required to walk to lift lobby and take lift to the unit 【Visitor Parking】 -For visitor, you may park at the basement which required to take parking ticket (Charge by hour) 【Long Stay Electricity Usage】 - For long term stay (28 days and above), the Host will only absorb up to RM400 monthly electricity & water bills. The guest shall bear the extra charges above RM400(if any).
