Charming barn

Along the canal, this carefully furnished barn is the perfect base for walks and climbing blocks in the Fontainebleau forest, swimming and relaxing along the Loing, cultural activities (Rosa Bonheur museum, Fontainebleau castle...) and of course horseback riding. The barn is adjacent to a farmhouse, we live there and work on site; the entrance is shared by 2 dwellings. The garden invites you to rest and a bamboo grove to change scenery. The space The main room, the large living room has a very nice ceiling height (more than 7m) and has a large glass window that overlooks the garden, as well as the adjoining kitchen where you can have your breakfasts. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are spacious, the 3rd is smaller. On the ground floor there is a small additional shower room. In winter, the heating is electric and the living room has a pellet burner. Bath towels provided. Guest access The accommodation has 3 double beds, one of which is air-conditioned. The mezzanine is not accessible, it is my clothing workshop, and I leave all my equipment during rentals. The courtyard is shared and common to both homes: parties and festive weekends are therefore strictly prohibited. Other things to note The village has an excellent bakery within walking distance, a small supermarket and a pharmacy. Bourron Marlotte train station is 3 km away and serves Paris in 1 hour.
