Our Beachfront Studio Apartments are DIRECTLY on the sand at the lovely and quiet North end of the beach. They are thoughtfully designed and crafted with gorgeous local hardwood on the ceilings, as well as in the King sized beds, wardrobes and bedside tables bringing the natural beauty of the forest indoors. Each unit has its own personal ocean front porch with ample seating to enjoy the view and are framed by expansive windows facing the Pacific and the jungle flora. These lovely spaces all have air conditioning, kitchenettes, en-suite full bathrooms as well as outdoor showers. There are 3 in total that may be rented singularly, or combined together with the option for the porches to open to one another, or remain locked separately for privacy. The apartments also have 3 twin rooms below known as our “Surfer’s Special” that may be used for extra guests or kids quarters. All together this property can host up to 19 guests. They house can be rented alone, or guests can inquire about day passes which include access to the Upper Campus amenities, services and events for an additional fee. Whether guests choose to enjoy those amenities or not, catered meals, massages, spa treatments and excursions can be arranged for you with our concierge. Dining & Culinary Experience Nourishing, delicious meals can be arranged for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a thoughtfully curated menu made with organic, locally sourced ingredients. Sample offerings include chicken piccata with pasta and Tuscan-herbed roasted vegetables; homemade falafel with fresh pita and gluten-free tabbouleh; and filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and hoisin-spiced pineapple slaw. We proudly accommodate allergies and special dietary needs and are happy to provide a sample menu upon request. Communal Gathering Space At the heart of the resort is a breathtaking two-story gathering space designed for movement, meditation, ceremonies, and celebrations, accommodating up to 100 guests. This architectural masterpiece rises into the treetop canopy, crowned with soaring bamboo towers and surrounded by vibrant tropical gardens. From within, guests are immersed in the sights and sounds of the jungle—green parrots, blue jays, and playful howler monkeys create an unforgettable connection to the natural world. Pool & Social Oasis Adjacent to the gathering space is a stunning saltwater lap and recreation pool, thoughtfully designed for both fitness and relaxation. Finished in shimmering blue tile, the expansive pool features a deep end with a natural diving rock. Lush gardens border one side, while a generous shaded deck with ample lounge space invites guests to rest, connect, and soak in the tropical atmosphere. There is also bathroom and shower access at the pool deck for all guests. Next to the pool is the inviting Elixir Bar, featuring an outdoor kitchen, plentiful seating, and convenient electrical outlets—ideal for refreshing drinks, shared meals, social gatherings, or working poolside while staying connected. This vibrant yet serene hub blends nourishment, play, and relaxation seamlessly. Accommodations Overlooking the campus is Villa de Evolución, a beautifully designed five-bedroom, five-bath, air-conditioned home offering expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. The villa features a large screened porch with seating for up to 30 guests, hammocks, and a tranquil atmosphere rooted in conscious design and natural materials. The en-suite bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 15 guests. Just below the villa is a striking black bamboo yurt bunk room with sleeping accommodations for eight. An outdoor bathroom and two private spiral showers are only steps away, offering comfort and privacy nestled among the trees.
